About Noel Bray

I'm not big fan of talking about myself, but since you want to know, I'll gladly reveal some things about me.

I like eating and trying all kinds of foods... pizza, jalapenos, ... Oh yeah! My taste-buds hook up with Ice cream often as well as with other sweaties. MMMmmm, they taste so good.

Okay Noel, that's enough about food. The reader may not want to know what delights your tummy. So tell them something else.

I enjoy helping people in whatever way I can help them, especially in regards to helping them see and understand true truth; but this isn't necessarily easy for many reasons, but it's still important to try to help them out of love.

So, if someone needs help, including you, if I can help them or you in some way I will.

I like learning code. I wish I would have started learning it when I was a teenager.

Though I'm not a pro-coder (maybe one day I'll be), I taught myself HTML, CSS, and JavaScript inorder to build, to the best of my knowledge, semantically correct responsive websites from scratch. This website was the 1st website I built with my own fingers. To some, it may not appear to be a big deal, but to me, it is for many reasons which are true stories to be told another time and place.

I also enjoy writing, swimming, exercising, learning, and improving myself in all kinds of ways.

I do my best to think positive but like everyone else who will admit it, I still have down-times, but I'm getting better at overcoming them by looking for the good as much as possible. Life isn't all peaches and cream, but there are always things, blessings in our that you and I can be thankful, grateful whether we realize it or not.

You've probably already figured it out: I'm a sweet-man, a man who likes to eat sweets, especially vanilla ice cream with other tasty treats, but the other flavors delight my sweet-tooth too. Ice-cream, hush and leave me alone for a little bit, I'm writing at the moment.

Noel, you're a trip. 🙂

I believe people should be able to talk to each other; get along; discuss or debate things or ideas; work together; come together; greet each other; treat each other with respect; be able greet each other; give each other a handshake or hug; and such even if our worldviews are different, even if we totally disagree with each other on one or more issues, even if we have different religions, and despite our biases for all of us are biased in some way (But which bias is the best bias that doesn't blow up itself? That is a great question and good to find out.).

While I have your ear I want to tell you: I wrote some true funny short stories, a.k.a feel good stories, based on true hilarious events that I experienced when I was growing up. There so far-out, you may doubt they're true, but they're other eye witness that can testify to their authenticity as well as I.

I hope and believe you'll find them very entertaining, pleasureable, enjoyable, and overall very good reads that takes your mind off of any struggles you may be experiencing in your life.

You would make my day, bring a huge smile to my face, and may make me shout "Cowabunga!" if you read any of my true short stories and send me a message or write a comment on Amazon or Barnes and Noble saying that it made you laugh like crazy or feel really good; or that it was very entertaining and you greatly enjoyed reading it; or say some other good thing about it.

Now back to revealing some more about me:

I've been exercising ever since I was about fifteen years old. I've done many upon many Karate chops, Tae Kwon Do punches and kicks, and all sorts of physical training and martial arts training for many hours, weeks, and months over the years.

Pumping iron, challenging my body, the habit of exercising, is part of me which helps to balance the tummy yummies I eat.

I believe it's good to exercise for many reasons. It's good to eat healthier, but life is short so and we should enjoy it, so I don't see any harm in eating what you want as long as you don't over-indulge or are really unhealthy because of it.

With the knowledge that I gained over the years from personal experience with exercising, I wrote some health and fitness ebooks to help you improve your fitness. It would be great if you decided to check them out.

I don't claim in any way to be the world's foremost expert on health, fitness, weightloss, nutrition, dieting, exercising, and such, but I believe and hope my fitness ebooks, workouts can help you start exercising, restart exercising, continue exercising, help your clothes fit better, help you improve your health and fitness, get fit at home, get, stay a little or a lot healthier and fitter depending on what you do with and after purchasing, reading, and implementing the full body workout in one or more of them.

It would be Awesome, totally awesome, if you let me know if one of my health and fitness ebooks helped or is helping you you in any way by sending me an email or writing a comment on Amazon or Barnes & Noble.

Well, "That's all folks." I hope you have a very great day and wonderful life. Don't give up. Enjoy life. Life is worth living for there are many upon many tasty good eats to eat such as ice-cream, sweet potatoe fries, and other foods and treats. Most important of all is loving, spending time with, and enjoying your family, friends, and others who I greatly hope you have great life experiences and many good, fun times with. Make many good memmories.

P.S. If you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to send me a message anytime; when I see and read it, I will get back to you as soon as possible.

P.P.S. Oh, I'd like to let you know that I'm trying to use the original spelling and meaning of words according to America's very first dictionary: " American Dictionary Of The English Language" by Noah Webster, 1828 Edition as well as "The American Heritage" dictionary. So, if you come across a word in one of my ebooks, blog posts, or websites that is spelled differently or doesn't seem to make sense based on your current knowledge of the word it may be that I'm using the original definition and, or, spelling of it ( such as the word: wont).

I love you, and I really do hope you have a great rest of the day and merry life.

Noel Bray.
