I'm telling you my testimony because I hope it will help you in many ways or at least in some way. After telling you my testimony, I listed some websites that I trust, enjoy, and have learned much from. I also listed some of the videos I've watched and articles I've read on those websites that I enjoyed watching and reading and simultaneously learning a lot from. And the name of the study guide that was given to me and that I briefly speak about in my testimony is also after my testimony. I hope you'll read my testimony all the way through, and I hope that you will check out those websites, watch those videos, and read those articles I listed for you because if you do, you will be amazed and learn a lot, and I believe you will enjoy them too; that is, if you are open-minded, if you are open to hearing, seeing, and learning the truth. When I was around fourteen or fifteen years old, as best as my memory serves, not long after moving to the Graveyard Projects (nickname of the gov't projects in Chiefland, Florida near a graveyard), I recall attending a youth Pizza Party at First Baptist Church of Chiefland. After having lots of fun and satisfying our taste-buds and tummies in the fellowship hall, we went to the main Church building and listened to the Youth Pastor or someone preach the truth to us. I remember feeling a lot of emotions, and when the speaker said to close our eyes, I did.
With my eyes remaining closed, I heard him tell us that if anyone wanted to get saved, to repeat the prayer after him. I remember being really emotional because of everything that was said and I thought that I should get saved, so as I quitely cried, I softly repeated the prayer of salvation after him. When he finished, he asked those who said the prayer to come to the front; so I did. I think they prayed for us and congratulated us for the decision we made; and then they gave us a card to fill out so that someone could contact us later. A little bit after that, we went home.
About a week or slightly more, Darrell Johnson (last and first name, spelling?), the Pastor of FBC of Chiefland, came to our home to talk to me about getting baptized. I was scared to talk to him and didn't want to get baptized, especially since, at the time, I was a very shy teenage boy and the thought of getting baptized in front of a lot of people was frightening to me; so my dad told him that I didn't want to get baptized at the time and that we would let him know when I wanted to get baptized. Pastor Darrell accepted that, talked with my dad a little more, and then left. As soon as he left and I thought he was gone, I came out the room and talked to my dad about what Pastor Darell talked with him about. One of the things my dad told me was that I didn't have to get baptized until I wanted to. So I didn't get baptized.
A little while after that, I stopped attending Church, which was easy to do since my dad, mom, our family, didn't go very often and because my dad didn't believe in making any of us to go (which, knowing what I know now, was not good because fathers and mothers and their children, families, should be regularly attending Church for many good reasons even if they don't feel like going or want to go). Instead of going to church I would just watch tv or play video games or do something else that really wasn't very beneficial.
Several, if not many, times before and after having recited the prayer of salvation at the youth group event, I would suddenly start thinking about death and where I was going to end up when I die... Heaven or Hell or Nothingness. Several times, I had woke up in the darkness of night, thinking about that and sometimes at other times during the day as well. But whether day or night, when such thoughts occured, I experienced much fear, terror, dread and would try not to think about it; but the thoughts would persist until I did something to destract myself from thinking about it such as playing video games, watching tv or a movie, going outside, hanging out with my brothers and, or sister or friends (of which I had few). I would think: if there is no God, and no life after death, then life is meaningless because we are all going to die one day and be forgotten. But even if we are not forgotten, everything we did would still be meaningless because we wont be there to see it or know about, we would cease to exist, we wouldn't be able to take part in life. That and other such thoughts were very heavy to think about.
Despite not going to Church, I would feel drawn to go to Church. At that time I didn't know why I was feeling drawn to go, but I was. Maybe it was the fear of death looming in me and I wanted to find out the truth or maybe it was some other reason or combination of reasons that I was drawn (but I know what the main reason I was being drawn to Church was now, and you'll find out if you keep reading). Even so, I resisted and I didn't go because I was scared of going alone and on top of that, since it was the weekend, I just wanted to laze around, play games, or go on adventures with Tooly, Rusty, my siblings, or do something else; I easily allowed worldly things, excuses to prevent me from going to Church.
Because I wasn't going to Church, because I was still afraid of death, because I thought no different, I felt no different, and I was no different than I was before saying that prayer of salvation after the speaker's sermon, I knew Nothing in me had really changed. Not going to Church or hearing the truth from a true believer caused me to ignore the fact that I was still bound by the chains and shackles of my sin, I was still bound to the world, I was still held captive by death and the fear of death; and ignore the truth, that my sin was enslaving me and I was going straight to Hell because of my sin; because of my unwillingness to accept, realize, and come to the truth, and repent (turn from) my sins, and believe on Jesus; I was on the broad way that leads to destruction.
Thankfully, Mr. Bill, the Youth Pastor, who was married to Mrs. Lisa who had two daughters with him, really loved everyone and wanted people to come to church, especially kids, and was willing to pick children if the parents didn't want to go for some reason. He would pick up children, parents, and anyone else who wanted to go to Church on Sunday morning, Sunday night, or Wednesday and other events too. All anyone had to do is just let him know they wanted to come; and he would get them there.
I don't remember when, how, and why I started having Mr. Bill pick me up and take me to Church, but I remember being drawn to go, so I started catching a ride with Mr. Bill to Church; and I quickly began looking forward to going because I was enjoying the youth group games and other activities, especially since it gave me a break from the hardships my family and I were experiencing as well as family issues, conflicts that I seemed to be brought or pushed into. Mr. Bill really cared for me and did his best to help me. He even came and got me late one night after I called his home phone and let me spend the night at his family's home. He even got me to do some odd jobs with him to help me make some money. He encouraged me in many ways. He helped draw me to Church. Mr. Bill was a good youth minister and friend. He was one of the main reasons I was going to Church again.
More often than not, I would sit on one of the rows of chairs near the back of the Church on Sunday morning not really wanting anyone to look at me because I was shy and anxious, afraid about what people might be thinking about me. Sunday service after Sunday service, before, during, or near the end of the sermon, I would feel convicted of my sins when Pastor Darrell preached. And many times, if not every time, when the service was nearing the end and Pastor Darrell invited anyone who wanted to get saved to stay where they were or come down the aisle to the front and get saved; I felt convicted of my sins and drawn to get saved and I wanted to get saved; I knew I needed to get saved because I new I really didn't truly get saved when I recited the prayer of salvation at the Pizza Party because I said the prayer based on my emotions and I wasn't genuinely repentant, I didn't feel godly sorrow—genuine sorrow for all the sins I had committed at that time; though I emotionally thought I did at the time, I didn't genuinely say the prayer with a repentant heart nor mean it with all my heart. I didn't turn from my sins and truly believe on Jesus Christ. And confirming this was the fact that I still didn't know where I was going to go when I die and I was still afraid of death and I was still the same, there was no change in me. My heart, mind, I was the same as before I said that prayer at the youth event; nothing had changed in me when or after I said that prayer at the youth event I attended about two years ago. There was no denying it, I knew I said the prayer based on the emotions I was feeling at that moment in time and not in genuine conviction, sorrow, repentance of my sins. Even though I knew I needed to get saved, I didn't, I resisted. I resisted. I resisted because of all kinds of toughts, excuses that were running through my mind, they as well as myself, were preventing me from running away from the world and running to God. Another reason I resisted was becase I was afraid of what people would think or say about me if I walked down to the front of the aisle and get saved. I was scared they would think or say something about me. So I resisted the Holy Spirit who was convicting me of my sins, who was urging me to repent of my sins and seek forgiveness for my sins and come to God. To my detriment, I resisted God drawing me to Him for those reasons I've mentioned and more.
One Sunday, a guest preacher (maybe evangelist) came, and as I had experienced during other sermons I heard in Church, I was being convicted of my sins; I knew deep down that what I was hearing was the truth... I knew I was a wicked sinner and that my sin was going to get me thrown into Hell. I knew, I knew, I was in desperate need of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ because of all the sins I had committed in thought, word, and deed; I knew I was guilty of committing many sins. Throughout the sermon, the entire time, I was being drawn to God and convicted of my sins.
How could I not realize I was a sinner and be convicted of my sins... I had told lies which makes me a liar; I had stolen things and borrowed things and not returned them which makes me a thief; I had looked at someone with lust in my heart and I had looked at pornography which makes me an adulterer at heart; I had disobeyed my parents which makes me a dishonorer of my parents; I had told my parents I hated them sometimes because of some argument I had with them or for some other reason and there were instances where I had hated others in my heart too which makes me a murderer at heart; I had selfishly and inordinately wanted something that wasn't mine which makes me a coveter; I had been resisting God convicting me of my sins and drawing me to Him and in so doing, I was rejecting Him and placing my pride, my fears, myself, man (what people might think or believe), man-made beliefs above Him, I hadn't given my complete allegiance and loyalty to Him alone which means I was committing idolatry which makes me an idolater; I was guilty of breaking God's Ten Commandments in more ways than one, The Commandments that God gave us to protect us from each other; to make our lives better; to help us realize that none of us can achieve God's perfect, holy, righteous, and just standard of good; and to help us realize that we have broken God's law and are unable to earn our way into Heaven, and that we are sinners in need of the one and only Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who paid the price for our sins by dying on the cross for our sins. I truly believed that Jesus died on the cross for my sins and that He rose three days later. I knew I was a sinner and I knew I was going to Hell because I was a sinner and that I was also sinning by resisting, rejecting God. I knew I needed to repent of my sins and ask God to forgive me of my sins.
But many thoughts and excuses, as at many times before, were bombarding my mind and preventing me from going to Jesus and preventing me from truly repenting and turning from my sins to God, preventing me from asking Jesus—God to forgive me of my sins, preventing me from accepting and confessing Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, preventing me from getting truly saved, preventing me from being truly born again.
But God wasn't letting up on me, He continued working on my heart and drawing me to Him. He was greatly urging, encouraging me to come to Him. And my heart was pounding more and harder than ever before. My knees were oscillating, barely holding me up at times. I was shaking. I was gripping the chair in front of me hard with both hands. But I still wasn't yielding to the one and only True God because of my pride, because I was afraid of what others might think or say about me, because I was allowing the myriad of thoughts, excuses in my mind to stop me.
"Noel, people say you are a good person and that you will go to heaven because you are a good person; You can wait until tomorrow, you can get saved another day; How do you know this is the right religion, you like and practice martial arts so what about buddhism, you could become a buddhist; How do you know Christianity is the right religion; people think I'm already saved so what are people going to think or say if I walk down the aisle and get saved; You're not as bad as other people, you are a good person, people say you are a good person, you don't need to get saved, you'll go to heaven because you're a good person; if God is real then why did He allow your family to experience so many bad situations and things, why are things so hard for you and your family, why did God allow bad things to happen to you and your family; what about other religions; how do you know God is real; you are a good person, you'll go to heaven" were similar to, if not the same as, the thoughts and excuses bombarding my mind at that time and previous other times too.
Even though I was being drawn by God more strongly than ever before, those thoughts and excuses were overwhelming my mind and I wasn't letting go. The raging war within me was very intense; and once again, I was succumbing to the thoughts, excuses, fears, and ultimately my pride (though I didn't realize it at the time). And because of that I was going to experience the second death, be thrown into the Lake of Fire because of all the sins I commented in thought, word, and deed.
God wasn't done drawing me. God was still convicting me of my sins and drawing me to Him. He wasn't letting up on me even though I was still struggling to completely let go because of the barrage of thoughts, excuses. I wanted to let go and go to God, but I wouldn't. Those thoughts, excuses, and my pride (in form of fearing of what others might think or say about me if I walked down the aisle and got saved) was still causing me to stay stuck where I was, to stay stuck in my sin. The battle for my soul within me was fierce. But Almighty God was still working on my heart and mind, He continued drawing me to Him and convicting me of my sins.
Once again, the Church service was about to end and I was going to end up walking out the Church without getting saved. Suddenly, the guest preacher said something like this: "If you are being convicted of your sins and you want to get saved; and you have all kinds of thoughts and excuses going through your mind that are preventing you from getting saved, then those thoughts and excuses are coming from demons and you need to reject them and get saved."
When I heard that, I immediately thought, "I want to get saved, so these thoughts must be from demons. I want to get saved so why don't I get saved."
My hands were still gripping the chair in front of me, my body was still shaking, but shaking more than before, I knew I should go get saved, I wanted to walk down the aisle and go to the front, I wanted to get truly saved, but my feet were still stuck to the floor for the war for my soul was still raging in my heart and mind. Those thoughts and excuses were continuing to invade and pound my mind, causing me to stay where I was and remain in bondage to my fears, worldly beliefs, demonic influences, my pride, myself—my fleshly nature, evil, sin.
But Suddenly... I clearly heard, despite the war and all the noise in my mind, a soft calm voice say, "Take one step."
Then I heard the soft calm voice clearly say again, "Take one step."
So I took one step with my left foot towards the center aisle that I was close to and the next thing I know, I was up front at the alter heavily weeping. I don't really remember walking down the aisle. I just remember taking that one step and being up front at the alter with Pastor Darrell.
Tears were falling from my eyes and I remember barely being able to see Pastor Darell as he asked me, "What's wrong Noel?".
"I need to get saved."
Looking puzzled, he said, "I thought you already got saved."
And I told him, "I said the prayer but I really didn't mean it."
"Then you can say it with me, just really mean it this time."
As he said a prayer of repentance, I repeated it, but this time was different; this time, I said that prayer will all my heart, mind, soul, strength, and every fiber of my being; I meant it with my whole heart.
I said something like: "Father God, I know I am a sinner. I have sinned against You. I believe that Your Son Jesus Christ died cross for my sins and rose three days later. I am sorry for my sins. God, I repent of my sins. Jesus, please forgive me for my sins. Jesus please be my Lord and Savior. I accept and confess You Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior."
And as soon as I finished genuinely praying a prayer of repentance, I felt something I had never felt before in my entire life; I felt a humongous weight being lifted straight up off of my shoulders, I felt like the world was lifted off my shoulders, and I knew that I knew that I knew that if I were to walk out of the Church building and suddenly die, I was going to heaven because Jesus forgave me of my sins, Jesus saved me; and I felt great peace and joy. I knew that I knew that I knew that I was going to heaven because, with God's drawing and help, I believed that Jesus Christ was the perfect, spotless, sinless Lamb of God who experienced severe persecution and severly suffered and died on the cross to pay the costly price for my sins that I could not pay; I believed Jesus Christ rose three days later—conquering death to confirm what He said, to confirm He is God; I realized that I wasn't a good person according to God's Law, God' Standard of Good, The Very Word of God—The Only God-breathed Bible; I repented of my sins—turned from my sins to God; I asked God, Jesus to forgive me of my sins; I believed on Jesus Christ; and I accepted and confessed Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Because I genuinely said a prayer of repentance and salvation, because I believed on Jesus Christ; I experienced a miraculous, supernatural event; I experienced a great miracle, I was born again: God gave me a new heart, God gave me a new spirit, God gave me new desires, God made me a new creation. God saved me; and He reconciled me to Himself and I entered into a relationship with Him which He desires for everyone to do. And God put His Holy Spirit in me and He confirms in me, assures me, that I am truly saved, that I am truly His, that I have a relationship with The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit: YHWH, Yahweh and that Jesus paid the price for my sins and forgave me of my sins and He is my Lord and Savior and I am going to Heaven, I am going to Heaven Thanks To God.
And because God instantly and radically changed me, I wasn't afraid to get baptized, I wanted to get baptized as soon as possible. And a couple of weeks later, though a little nervous to get baptized in front of a lot of people because I was shy, I got baptized as an outward expression and public profession of my faith in Jesus Christ, that I was born again, that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. Pastor Darrell said something like this as he was baptizing me: "According to your profession of faith in Jesus Christ, I baptize you in the name of The Father, The Son, And The Holy Spirit. Buried with Jesus Christ into death and raised up with Him from the dead by the glory of the Father to walk in newness of life." Getting baptized showed that I wasn't ashamed of knowing and believing in and belonging to Jesus Christ—God; and that was another miracle too. (Thank and Praise Be To You God for drawing me to Church and for drawing to You, Thank You God for convicting me of my sins, Thank You God for helping me step away from those thoughts and excuses and my pride and other things that were preventing me from getting truly saved, Thank You God for helping me be truly born again, Thank You God for helping me get truly saved, and Thank You God for You helping me to have the courage and desire to profess You, Jesus Christ, as my Lord and Savior by being baptized in front of the congregation of First Baptist Church of Chiefland. Thank You God for everything You have done for me, are doing for me, and will do for me that I am aware of and not aware of. Thank You for all that I do and have done and will do for You. Thank You for helping me. Thank You. Thank You for helping, getting me to write my testimony. Thank You God. In Your name my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ I thank You and pray, Amen.)
A few, maybe more than a few, minutes after I genuinely repented of my sins and became a true born again believer in Jesus Christ and just before I was going to leave the Church building and go home, Mr. Billings came up to me and told me to wait a moment because he wanted to give me something. He exited the main service area in haste, heading to the back of the Church, and when he returned, he gave me a Bible and new Christian study guide to help me begin building a solid foundation with God's Word and grow in Christ.
That same day or the next day, but I'm fairly sure it was the same day, I started reading God's Bible and the new Christian study guide and I was learning a lot quickly and continued learning a lot. After finishing the study guide, I continued reading God's Word and, for the most part of my life, since the day I got truly saved, though there was one, two, or maybe three short periods of time in my life where I had let worldly things, non-biblical worldviews, negative thoughts, negative feelings, and other negative things lead, cause me to slip up, stray, and momentarily stop reading God's Bible and stop going to Church (to forsake the assembling together with fellow believers), but because I truly belonged to God, I was a child of God, His Holy Spirit in me kept convicting me and urging me to go back to reading my Bible and go back to Church, and it wasn't too long before I did.
For the most part, ever since the day I got truly saved, the day God miraculously, supernaturally changed me, I've been doing my best with God's help to keep reading God's Bible, to keep living according to God's Word, keep growing in Christ, and keep fellowshiping with other true believers, Christians. I'm not perfect, but I am doing my best, with God's help, to keep God first and above all, keep my eyes on Him, to serve Him, to remain faithful to Him; to point people to Him by word and deed; to pursue rightousness and holiness, to flee from temptation, to avoid sin, to live for God, by believing and striving to live for God's glory by living according to His Bible, God's Standard of Good because His Word, His Standard is the Ultimate Authority Over All because God is the Ultimate Authority Over All. Because God supernaturally changed me, I was born again, I know for a fact, I know for certain, that God, who never contradicts Himself, and His Bible are the Absolute Authority that determines and helps us discern what is right or wrong, good or evil, truth or untruth, facts or fiction, reality or delusion, and determins and help us discern the roles and responsibilities of men and women and husband and wives, the family, and how were are to live our lives, and over every area of our lives, over everything—God and His Bible Are The Ultimate Authority Over All. With His help, I have done, do, and will continue to do my best to obey God and His Word, to serve Him, and live for His Glory because He forgave me of my sins; saved me from myself, my pride, and from all my sins; saved me from eternal damnation in Hell; gave me a new heart, new spirit, and new desires; He loved me before I loved Him; He loves me despite me; I love Him; He supernaturally made me a new creation through and by the blood of Jesus Christ and His unlimited unstoppable miraculous great awesome power and love. To God Be The Glory.
Many years have passed since I got truly saved and despite things not working out like I planned or hoped when I was younger, despite things not working out how I would like or hoped as of writing this right now, despite my situation, and despite many other things I can say, "It Is Well With My Soul." Thanks, praise, worship, and glory be to God for it is because of Him that I can say, "It Is Well With My Soul."
I love and care for you, so I want and have to tell you the truth in love for your good, to help you see the truth, so please continue and finish reading the rest of what I'm writing for you. I love and care for you, please read onward all.
If you have ever told a lie that makes you a liar; if you have ever stolen or borrowed something and not returned it, that makes you a thief; if you have ever looked at someone with lust in your heart, that makes you an adulterer at heart; if you have ever hated someone in your heart, that makes you a murderer at heart; if you have ever selfishly and inordinately desired something that wasn't yours, that belonged to someone else, that makes you a coveter; if you have ever disobeyed your parents, that makes you a dishonorer of your parents; if you have ever gossiped, slandered, had malice toward, showed favoritism to, bore a grudge against, been uncompassionate toward, had unresolved issues with, sought private vegeance against, or unjustly harmed or unjustly killed someone that means that you have not perfectly loved your neighbor as yourself; if you ever used God's name in vain, that makes you a blasphemer; if you have ever worshiped a physical or immaterial false god, or if you have ever denied or any of God's characteristics and attributes that He reveals and declares to us about Himself in His Written Revelation To Us—His Bible or have added characteristics and attributes to God other than what He reveals to us about Himself in His Word, then you have created a false god that suites you, that makes you an idolater; if you have ever put anything or anyone before or in place of the One True God who used His Holy Spirit to instruct and inspire men to write His Bible, then you have put another god before Him; if you don't believe in, honor, respect, reverance, thank, praise, worship and glorify The One And Only True God Who Gave Us The Bible, and serve Him alone and love Him with all your heart, mind, strength, and soul then you have placed yourself above Him; if you have ever disobeyed God or God's Word in any way, and if you are honest, you'll admit that you have, then you know you are guilty of breaking God's Commandments, disobeying God and His Bible, and that you have not lived up to God's Standard of Good (which is to be morally perfect in thought, word, and deed), and you know you are a sinner in need of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
But, Jesus Christ can pay the price for your sins, God can forgive you of your sins if you choose to surrender to Him and believe on Him, Jesus Christ. It doesn't matter what you've done because everyone has sinned. His Word says there is none righteous, no not one, for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. But by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ you can be saved. So all you have to do is acknowledge you are a sinner; believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and rose three days later—conquering death and confirming who He was and is and what He said; truly repent of your sins; ask Jesus Christ—God to forigive you of your sins, ask Jesus Christ—God to save you; ask Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Savior; accept and confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior; Believe On Jesus Christ and you will be saved, be born again.
But if you choose not to believe on Jesus; if you choose not to believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and Son of Man and that He was, is the perfect, spotless, sinless Lamb of God who died on the cross for your sins; and if you choose not to repent (turn from) your sins to God and if you choose not to ask Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sins, you are choosing to live a lifestyle of lawlessness, you are choosing not surrender to God, you are choosing to reject God; And if you are habitually, willingly living a lifestyle contrary to God and His Bible, a lifestyle of lawlessness, then your sins and the punishment for your sins will remain on you and you have condemned yourself; and on Judgement Day, you will be found guilty of breaking God's law, disobeying God's Word, and rejecting Jesus Christ and you will be thrown into the Lake of Fire, Hell, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Please Believe On Jesus Christ Before It's Too Late. If you don't know Jesus and Jesus doesn't know you when you die or when He returns, you will be thrown into the Lake of Fire where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. You never no when you are going to die or when Jesus will return, and if any of those events happen and you haven't been born again, it will be to late for you and you will have sentenced yourself to Hell, the Lake of Fire. So please repent of and ask forgiveness for your sins, believe on Jesus Christ, get truly saved, get born again, before it's too late.
If you think you are a Christian, I implore you to examine yourself — examine yourself through the lens of God's Bible, His Standard of Good. And if you realize, find that you are habitually, willingly living contrary to God's Bible, breaking His commandments, disobeying His Word, bearing unrighteous fruit, denying or twisting God's Word to suit you, if you believe in a god that doesn't have the same characteristics and attributes as the God of The Bible—then you don't believe in the One And Only True God—The Living Lord God Almighty, then you are living in lawlessnes, you are sinning against God, you are a worker of iniquity, and according to God's Word you are not truly born again, you are not a child of God, you are not a true Christian. You, I, and everyone will not be judged according to your standard of good or any other man's, woman's, demon's, or the evil one's standard of good; we will be judged according to God's Standard Of Good, His Law, His Word, and as to whether or Not we believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins and rose three days later and as to whether or not we have truly repented of our sins, truly asked God to forgive us of our sins, truly believed on Jesus Christ and all that entails, and truly accepted and confessed Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior; And anyone who isn't truly saved, who isn't truly born again, will be cast into Hell, The Lake Of Fire, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. So if you are not truly saved, if you are feeling convicted of your sins, if you are being drawn by God to come to Him, please genuinely pray a prayer of repentance to God right now, please get saved before it's too late.

This is a genuine prayer of repentance that King David wrote after he slept (committed adultery) with Bathsheba and she got pregnant, and after he killed Uriah her husband to cover it up, and Nathan the prophet confronted him about it, caused him to see his sin—acknowledge his sin.
Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. Jesus is God and it was recorded in the Word of God, His Bible, that Jesus, God The Son in the form of a man, said:

As far as I know, the New King James Version (NKJV), English Standard Version (ESV), Amplified Bible (AMP), Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB), and King James Version (KJV) translations are trustworthy. At the moment of writing this, I tend to stick with the King James Bible. But to understand the King James Bible better, to understand the text better, I look up the original definitions, meanings of the words in America's first dictionary: American Dictionary of the English Language—Noah Webster's Dictionary 1828, the original American dictionary. It's important to understand the meaning, definitions of words in the time that the manuscripts, texts were written as well as the meaning, definitions of words in the time when the Bible was written, translated from the original manuscriptus, texts.)
Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. (Galatians 2:16)

They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one. (Psalm 14:1-3 KJV)
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. God says through John:
He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. (1 John 2:4 KJV)
Those Warnings above are just a few of the warnings from the Word of God—The Only God-breathed Bible. God through His Bible and through His children is Warning everyone who is trying to earn their salvation, who are trying to earn their way into Heaven by works; who are disobeying His Will—not perfectly keeping all His commands, who are disobeying His Written Revelation to us; who deny that they are sinners; who claim to know Jesus Christ but are still habitually, willingly disobeying God's Word—living a lifestyle of lawlessness—those who haven't truly repented of (turned from) their sins to God, who haven't truly believed on Jesus Christ, who haven't truly accepted and confessed Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, who haven't been forgiven of their sins and supernaturally changed by God, who haven't been supernaturally born again—saved that they will be thrown into and perish (to be lost eternally, to be sentenced to endless misery, torment) in the Lake of Fire where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Have you been truly born again, saved by Jesus Christ, given a new heart, spirit, desires, made into a new creation—supernaturally changed within by God?
Please — if you are not truly saved, if you don't know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, if you haven't turned from your sins, and if you haven't been given a new heart, spirit, and desires and made into a new creation—if you haven't been supernaturally changed by God and if you are feeling convicted of your sins right now, if you experiencing godly sorrow for all your sins and for sinning against God right now, if you feel within your heart and mind that God is drawing you to Him right now — Please, I implore you — For The Sake Of Your Soul — Please don't ignore the conviction of your sins you are feeling and please don't ignore God who's drawing you and urging you to repent and believe on Jesus Christ, please let go of your pride or whatever may be holding you back, please go quickly to God and embrace Him, please surrender to God; please truly believe the truth, truly believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and Son of Man and that Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay the price for your sins and rose three days to conquer death's sting and confirm what He said and that He is God; and truly repent of your sins to God, ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins, believe on Jesus Christ, ask Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Savior, accept and confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior right now before it's too late because the evil one, his demons, and your own heart (which Scripture says is deceitful above all things), will give you excuses to prevent you from truly being born again, from truly getting saved, from truly coming to know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, especially the more time that passes by; so I beseech you, please get truly saved before it's to late for you are not promised another moment, you can die at anytime, your heart could just give out right now or you could get into a car wreck or you could die in some other way, and if you die without truly getting saved, without being born again, the punishment for your sins will remain on you, and you will have condemned yourself to Hell and you will be thrown into the Lake of Fire, The Furnace of Fire, where there will be weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth.
I love you and care for you and have told you my testimony and the truth out of love and in hope that you will truly be born again if you haven't been born again already. So I beseech you here and now once more, If Jesus doesn't know you because you haven't been born again, please truly get saved, be born again, before it's too late.
It's very important to read God's Bible every day because reading God's Word will help you discern and determine if something is right or wrong, good or evil, fact or fiction, truth or lie, reality or delusion; and help you to determine and discern if what the preacher or anyone is telling or teaching you is or is not scriptural; in God's Word; inline with God's Word; contrary to God's Word; within context and intent of meaning of surrounding scriptures, other scriptures, and all of God's Word; or is a twisted, devilish, demonic interpretation of Scripture; or if the person is adding to or taking away from God's Word which God tells us not to do in His Bible. Reading God's Word will increase your faith and help you gain wisdom, knowledge, understanding, discernment, and much more.
If you will make time, read God's word first thing in the morning every day because reading His Word first thing in the morning will help you keep God first and above all; help you be a better witness in word and deed; spiritually feed your heart, mind, and soul; and help you to start your day off on a positive note.
Meditate, study God's Word, learn Christian Apologetics so that you can gain a better and deeper understanding of scripture and because Christian Apologetics will help you be able to witness in word and deed even more and better. Christian Apologetics based on a Biblical Worldview rooted firmly in God's Word and not man's beliefs will increase your faith and help you to be able to give a reasoned response for why you believe what you believe, it will help you be a better witness, it will help you to be able to defend the faith, it will help you refute twisted scripture, it will help you refute supposed Bible contradictions, it will help you refute arguments against scripture, it will help you refute critics, it will help you help people see the truth and realize God's word is true and be more likely to hear the gospel, it will help you feel more confidant in sharing the gospel with others, and much more. (I listed some Apologetic websites below as well as some others; As far as I know and can tell, as of the moment of writing this, they stand uncompromisingly, unwaveringly, unapologizingly, bodly, firmly, on God's Word; They have a Biblical Worldview deeply and securely rooted in God's Word; and those websites are doing their best to get out the truth with regards to many things.)
Be careful what you watch, read, listen to, and think about—be careful what you allow into your eyes, ears, mind, and heart because everything you watch, read, and listen to will most likely influence you in some way, especially, even much more so, if you are not firmly rooted and secure in God and His Word. So, if you allow negative, evil, devilish, sinful things to enter into your eyes, ears, mind, and heart, negative, evil, devilish, sinful things will take root in your heart and mind and will eventually come out, be acted out, in some way. So do your best not watch, read, listen to, and think about negative, evil, devilish, sinful things. Instead dwell on, watch, read, listen to, and think about good, holy, righteous, pure, Biblical, godly things so that good, holy, righteous, pure, Biblical, godly things take root in in your heart and mind and come out, overflow out of you, for God's glory.
Be careful who you spend time with and how much time you spend with them because people's lifestyles, beliefs, and behaviors can and most likely will rub off on you. People and their lifestyles, beliefs, and behaviors that are not inline with God and His Bible, can persuade, tempt, decieve, and influence you to stray from or completely rebel against or deny the Only True God who directly inspired—wrote through men—His Bible and they can cause you to believe something that twists, contradicts, goes against His Bible and can cause you to read, accept, believe an unholy bible that purposefully inaccurately translated from the manuscripts, original texts in order to suit men's ideas, beliefs, lifestyles that are against God and His Word. Be careful who you spend time with. Spend time with Christians who live according to a Biblical Worldview that is inline with God's Bible—who believe God said what He meant and meant what He said in His Bible; spending time with Christians who are pursuing God and pursuing righteous, holiness, godliness will help you many ways—you can pray for each other, encourage each other, be there for each other, positively impact each other, grow together in Christ, and achieve more together for God's glory.
Reject anything that a preacher, teacher, or anyone says that twists, contradicts, goes against Scripture, God's Bible because God and His Bible Are The Ultimately Authority Over All And Have The Final Say On Everything.
When it comes to man's commentary in any Bible, I like what Ken Ham said His father told him: "[Remember] That whenever you read a study bible, the notes [, commentary and etc.] aren't inspired in the same way as the text [Scripture, The Bible], and the text should always be the commentary on the notes." Once again, God and His Word Are The Ultimate Authority Over All.
Remember: God does not and cannot lie; He does not change; He was there before time began; He created everything, including time itself; He knows how He created everything and in what order He created everything; so we can fully trust, be absolutely certain, and absolutely believe that everything in His Bible is true—from the very first verse in His Word to the very last verse in His Word—whatever His Word states, speaks on, says is true. So whether it be history, science, creation, people groups, languages, gender, marriage, right and wrong—good and evil, heaven and hell, sin, or anything else The Bible speaks about, His Word is absolutely correct, reliable, and true; what ever The Bible says about any issue, topic, event, and anything else, it is absolutely correct, absolutely true.
Flee from temptation and sin; Avoid things that cause or tempt you to sin; Flee from devilish, demonic, sinful things.
It's okay to glean good things from what you watch, read, or listen to as long as it doesn't twist, contradict, or go against Scripture because God and His Bible Are The Ultimate Authority Over All And Has The Final Say On Everything.
All of God's Word is very good, so please read all of it and keeping reading it and learning from it every day; accept the fact that God and His Bible is The Absolute Authority Over All and purposefully place God And His Bible As The Absolute Authority Over All.
The Purpose of Life is to be supernaturally born again; to be reconciled to God, to have a relationship with God and fellowship with God; to love God with all your heart, mind, strength, soul, and every fiber of your being; and to love your neighbor as yourself; to obey and live by God's Word, to obey and serve God and to stand up for, fight for, and further His Kingdom because you love Him—Ultimately, The Purpose Of Life Is To Live For God's Glory!
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. (2 Timothy 3:16-17 KJV)

One of the websites listed near the end of list below deeply focuses on showing, confirming that America was founded on Judeo-Christian values, God's Bible, the Founders believe the Bible was the best book of all and believed society and government should be built on it; and addresses whether or not the Founders of America were Christians; addresses slavery, and addresses whether America did or did not create slavery; and has, addresses the Constitution of The United States and Declaration of Indpendence, Bill of Rights, Founding Documents, Founder's Writings, and much more concerning America and America's Christian Heritage.
Another website listed near the end of the list below has one of its webpage listed under it that has the entire United States Constitution on it and explains The U.S. Constitution from the originalist perspective.
The last website listed has good truthful news shows, shows, documentaries, and more.
I have watched videos and read a lot of articles and things on or related to the website's above; and so far, everything I have read and watched is inline with God's Bible and our Republic's, America's, The United States' Constitution and the Judeo-Christian beliefs our Republic, America was founded on. I highly recomend checking out all those websites; they are good; and if you visit them with an open mind, open ears, open eyes, open heart, and open soul, and are seeking, wanting the truth, you will get and learn the truth, and you will be blown away in a good way by the truth; and if you know the truth and accept the truth, the truth will set you free; if you acknowledge that you are a sinner in need of a Savior, if you believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for you sins and rose three days later—conquering death, fulfilling prophecy, and confirming everything He said, if you repent of your sins to God, ask Jesus—God to forgive of your sins, believe on Jesus Christ, and ask Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Savior, and accept and confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior; if you get truly saved then you will be truly set free indeed and you are a new creation in, by, through Jesus Christ. If you are truly born again and haven't gotten baptized as an outward expression of an inward occurrence (an inward change in you), please remember to get baptized as an outward expression of the change that took place in you and to publicly profess your faith in Jesus Christ.

In the middle there is a visual that represents the approximate time the main Christian liturgical seasons begin relative to the the months of the year and that shows that everything revolves around the Only One And True Living Lord God who is 3 in 1: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit: YHWH, I AM THAT I AM, I AM WHO I AM, GREAT I AM; and the text with a green background reminds us that we should be growing and maturing in Christ, growing closer to God, reading God's Bible every day and living and voting according to it, and worshiping, thanking, praising, and living for God, every day, despite all, throughout the seasons—throughout our lives. (There was a lot more I wanted to write concerning the text within the ring with the green background, but I didn't put any more text in the visual because the amount of space the text would have taken up in the visual would have caused the text within the white background within the visual and the inner parts of the visual to be much smaller or more compact, and which would have made it harder to see everything at regular computer screen sizes and other computer screen dimensions, especially at smaller screen dimensions. But what is written in the green ring, I believe, sums up all the specific things I would have liked to put, write in the green ring.)

If a season or mini-season is selected, the begin date and end date should be shown for that season or mini-season. If an event is selected, the date for that event should be shown.
