Note: When doing this exercise, the dumbbells are usually always touching my shoulders, but for some reason, in the video, the dumbbells come off my shoulders a little and I believe it was because I didn't brace, lock my feet under something like I usually do when I perform this exercise.
So make sure you brace, lock your feet under something that wont move, and do your best not to let the dumbbells come off your shoulders for this exercise.
