Standing in place with proper posture and arms positioned at your sides, smoothly lift one of your knees straight up towards the ceiling, sky as high as you comfortably can and then smoothly lower your knee down and gently set your foot back on the floor, and then do the same thing for your other knee; and repeat the process.

Breathe out when lifting your foot off the ground and knee upward; and breathe in when lowering your foot back to the ground and your knee back to it’s previous position.
